5. AI and IT services disclaimer
Hybrid AI, neuro-symbolic and unified inference systems involve technical uncertainty. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, accuracy rates, latency figures in production environments or regulatory approvals. AI outputs may require human review. Clients remain responsible for decisions made using AI-assisted systems and for compliance with applicable laws in their industry.
6. Project contracts
All professional services — including hub architecture, LLM+rules integration, maintenance and consulting — require a separate contract or statement of work specifying scope, fees, timelines, acceptance criteria, intellectual property and confidentiality. These Terms apply to website use only unless expressly incorporated into a project contract.
7. Payments
Where a project contract is signed, fees are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the contract. Late payment may incur interest as permitted under Singapore law.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation terms for paid engagements are defined in the relevant project contract. For discovery workshops and fixed-scope packages, cancellation more than 10 business days before the start date may receive a full refund minus administrative costs; later cancellation may forfeit deposits as specified in the contract.
9. Refunds and limitations
Refunds are handled per the signed project agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, NeuralLogicHub's liability for website use and pre-contractual communications is limited to direct losses caused by our negligence, capped at SGD 1,000, excluding indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to NeuralLogicHub. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written permission. Intellectual property in deliverables is governed by the relevant project contract.
